Hello everyone. We are Manawa 1. There are 24 students in Manawa 1, 9 boys and 15 girls. Eleven of us are year 3 and 13 are year 4. We are feeling confident and motivated about the year ahead. We have already started work on our Picasso portraits and doing lots of reading. We have spent a lot of time thinking about what sort of class we want and setting some of our goals. Daily 5 is going to be a big part of our maths and reading as we become independent learners. We are also working on building stamina so we can work for a long time.
