Opening Day

Snells Beach School's Opening Day for students and their families was Thursday 5th February 2009. The ribbon was cut by the Mayor, Penny Webster, and students entered their hall for our first assembly.

The support of new families to our school was wonderful on this day, and we wre blessed with the donation of many books for our school library, and trees to be planted in our foundation garden.

Foundation students were presented with a special "Foundation Badge", and later in the day, each student pressed their hands into newly laid concrete as a permanent reminder.
