By November 2008, progress on the school buildings had moved ahead well, and we were on schedule. Opening Day was scheduled for Thursday 5th February 2009, and we openied on time.
The photos and captions below record some of our progress.

 Carparks are now sealed, the admin block is completed and the emergency water tank is in place.

 Our central courtyard, complete with Pohutukawa and deck area, is nearing completion. This will be a key gathering area for the entire school.

Canopies are being built on the front of the classroom blocks to offer sun protection and shade areas. 

A feature block wall edges the accessway that circles the school. Grass areas have been smoothed and are currently being seeded.

The "batten & board" exterior has been painted - offering a more "natural" look to the school design.
